Que 42's Chief Grilling Officer recently appeared on Good Morning America to represent The Grills Mafia movement. He cooked up one of his specialties - bbq cheesy bacon chicken. Of course, he used the KC Style Sweet Rub along with the KC Gourmet BBQ Sauce.

🏆 And the winner is...
August 2023
The Que 42 crew kicked off our first Grills Mafia BBQ Throwdown in early August. Set against the backdrop of the Lancaster Renaissance Faire, 9 teams competed for the title Grills Mafia Grill Master. The title was bestowed to Joseph Christopher and his "Paradise City" BBQ team.
While this was a competition, and the scores were TIGHT, it was amazing to see how they all encouraged and supported each other. We are proud to bring a first-of-its-kind, BBQ society to Western New York. And we're grateful for all the teams, judges, and their families who made this inaugural event a success!

Founded in January 2021 by Eammon Azizi (CEO) and Bridget Thornton (COO), our Buffalo-based BBQ company, known for award-winning sauces and rubs, is now set to expand into content, events, developing a WNY BBQ society, and supporting local charities through Ferguson’s Grills Mafia organization. The newly united Que 42 is currently developing two new products, plus another batch of the KC Sweet Rub, which placed 14th in the 2023 American Royal World Series Competition.
