Whether you're just getting started or consider yourself a grill master, the Grills Mafia BBQ Throwdown is for any cook with a passion for great que.
Join the fun and test your skills against fellow backyard grillers.
Teams (1-2 people) will wow judges by grilling steak, chicken wings, and a pumpkin dessert dish of their choice.
Palmer’s Direct To You Market will supply the rib eyes and chicken wings. Competitors will supply the pumpkin ingredients.
This year, proceeds will benefit Veteran’s Outreach Center of Rochester.
